Terms of Service

This Service is currently provided in a beta stage. Certain features, including payment, settlement, and delivery processes, may be operated manually or subject to change.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of PHOTOHAUS (the “Service”) operated by YEONU (the “Company”), including the upload, sale, and purchase of digital image content (“Content”).

2. Definitions

Member: a user who registers and uses the Service.
Seller: a Member who uploads and sells Content.
Buyer: a Member who purchases Content.
License: the right granted to a Buyer to use purchased Content under these Terms.

3. Marketplace Role

The Company operates the Service as a marketplace/intermediary. Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, ownership, and rights clearance of their Content. The Company does not guarantee the legality or suitability of Content for any purpose.

4. Seller Warranties

Sellers warrant they own or have all necessary rights to upload and sell the Content.
If identifiable persons, private property, trademarks, or third-party works appear, Sellers must secure all required releases/permissions.
Sellers agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from their Content.

5. Buyer License & Restrictions

Upon purchase, Buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content worldwide.
Commercial use (ads, websites, print) is permitted.
Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, rental, or providing the file itself to third parties for value is prohibited.

6. Fees & Settlement

The Company may charge a platform service fee on transactions. During beta, settlement/delivery may be processed manually. Specific fee/settlement details may be announced within the Service.

7. Refund Policy (Digital Content)

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available after download/delivery.
If the file is corrupted or materially defective, the Company may re-deliver or provide a reasonable remedy.

8. Account & Prohibited Conduct

No unlawful use, infringement, impersonation, fraud, or attempts to bypass access controls.
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and is not responsible for disputes between Sellers and Buyers.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal place of business.
